Using your Keeper Training you decipher the glyphs and copy them to paper. A rough translation follows:
From the refuse and shame of inhumanity from downtrodden streets where the rich avert their gaze and pass by quickly to avoid the pricking of their slumbered conscience, there will rise a man of power. He will wear no armor. His name will pass as a whisper in the cities of men. By resolve he will rise from the gutters, to haunt the rich man's house and worry the minds of wicked men. He will cast aside both darkness and dawn and by fate obtain the key of old whose locks a man of magic forged in demon's fire.
Then will come the trysting of the vengeance of the street and the clamor of the meek and the rich man will be in awe. And he that came from the gutters will walk among them as if born to their station and they will know him not. And he will forge a blade of them which they have abused and turn it on the necks of gold and pearl and precious stones. And the laws of men will fall before him. And he will rule from the moors until the balance is restored and his slumber is appointed. It has been written his feet shall be as the wings of the crow and none shall know the hour of his coronation. Heed this counsel and be warned against his coming for it shall blossom suddenly and in the winter as a strange black flower filled with the nectar of a just and bitter wrath.
